What is Data Communication
Data Communication वह Process है जिसमें दो या दो से अधिक Devices (जैसे Mobile, Computer या other digital device) के बीच Data (Information) का आदान-प्रदान होता है। यह communication तारों (wired) या बिना तारों (wireless) के medium हो सकता है
Types of Data Communication
Simplex
Simplex transmission मे communication unidirectional होता है, मतलब सिर्फ एक device ही data को send कर सकती है बाकी उससे जुड़े हुए device सिर्फ उस data को receive करेंगे। जैसे Keyboard, Mouse का CPU के भी Simplex communication होता है।
Half Duplex
half transmission मे दोनों side से communication होता है but जब एक side के device से data send किया जाता है तो दूसरे side का device उस data को सिर्फ receive कर सकता है और जब दूसरे side के device से data send किया जाता है तो पहले side का device उस data को सिर्फ receive कर सकता है, मतलब एक साथ communication नहीं हो पता है। example के लिए walkie-talkie
Full Duplex
full duplex transmission मे दोनों side की devices एक ही time मे data को sand और receive कर सकती है, क्योंकि इसमे 2 lines होती है कोई भी device एक line से data को send कर सकता है और उसी समय दूसरी line का use करके data को receive भी कर सकता है।
Characteristics of Data Communication System
Delivery
किसी data को send किया गया है तो communication system को उसे सही receiver या user तक पहुचना चाहिए।
Accuracy
जब data को transmit किया जाता है, तो data का less या उसमे changes होने की संभावना होती है इसलिए system को data का less या उसमे किसी भी type के changes होने रोकना चाहिए और user तक accurate data पहुचना चाहिए।
Timelines
communication system को समय पर data की delivery करनी चाहिए अगर 2 person बात कर रहे है और उनका message समय से late पहुच रहा है तो ये गलत है।
Components of Data Communication
Transmitter
message को जिस भी device से sand किया जाता है, उसे transmitter कहेंगे, ये एक Computer, Telephone, Video Camera या और कुछ भी हो सकता है।
Receiver
transmitter द्वारा send किए गए message को receive करने के लिए receiver का use करते है, ये एक Computer, Telephone, Video Camera या और कुछ भी हो सकता है।
Message
message एक data ही होता है, जिसे communicate किया जाना है, इसमे text, numbers, image, sound, video या कुछ और भी हो सकता है।
Medium
message को travel करने के लिए एक medium की जरूरत होती है ये एक physical path होता है जो wireless या wired दोनों हो सकता है।
Protocol
protocol एक sat of rule है जो data communication को control करता है। बिना protocol के 2 devices को connect तो कर सकते है but वो communicate ठीक से नहीं कर पाएंगे।
